MyCeviche reminded me of the east coast version of poke restaurants in California. I found this quick-stop restaurant in an article listing Top Places to Eat at in Miami. I’m glad we squeezed in time for some refreshing ceviche. Healthy and delicious in a plate is my favorite thing.

I wish we had time and belly-space for the elote corn. It wasn’t on the menu, but we saw a restaurant regular eating it 😛
