My Fear of Bridges

I have a fear of bridges, yet I continue to cross over them — even when the bridge is 300 ft. high and hanging off the side of a cliff.

“I have learned over the years that when ones mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear.” –Rosa Parks

In context, Rose Parks was talking about a much different kind of fear. Whether your fears are big or small, I encourage you to continue to make up your mind and face them head on. #blackhistorymonth
